The official blog for the Ink and Paper House of tennyoceres. Mizu Mikado is a (very silly) Japanese wordplay on part of my Etsy shop name. Ink, or sumi (すみ) becomes mizu (みず). Paper, or kami (かみ) becomes the basis of mikado (みかど). The literal translation is even sillier. It goes from ink and paper (炭と紙) to water emperor (水帝).

Photography Randomness: Begin Session
Whenever I'm out and about I take my camera with me. I snap photos of things I find interesting or pretty. They'll probably make no sense, and it's likely I forgot where I took them.
Will I end up selling my photography? Not sure, but leaning on no for the moment. Amateur photographer describes my skills at best. I know good pictures when I see it but I need to work on technique and getting a camera that isn't a point-and-shoot.
Enjoy your the rest of your Saturday! I'm gonna watch me some pre-season football. (Is it September yet?)
